The company cap
Your plan sets how many companies you can own: one on Free and Starter, three on Pro, unlimited on Enterprise. Being a member of someone else's is always free.
Seats, per company
Each company bills for its own active members. Invite someone — the seat is added that day, prorated. Remove them — it contracts on the next cycle. No seat audits, no true-ups.
Add-ons where needed
The tracker is always included. Enable Projects, CRM, Accounting or HR per company — your design studio might need Projects only; the agency runs all five.
Pricing FAQ
What happens when I invite more people than my seats?
Seats auto-expand — the new member is active immediately and the seat is prorated for the rest of the cycle. When you remove members, the count contracts on your next renewal. You never pay for empty chairs.
Do I pay for companies where I'm just a member?
No. The company cap counts companies you own. Membership in other workspaces is free for you — the owning company pays for your seat.
Can different companies have different modules?
Yes — modules are enabled per company. Your studio can run tracker + Projects while your trading company runs tracker + Accounting + HR, all under one login.
Is there a free trial of paid plans?
Starter and Pro start with a 14-day trial of every feature, no card required. When the trial ends you keep your data and drop to Free until you choose a plan.
Can I export my data if I leave?
Always. Full exports — time entries, projects, contacts, journals, attachments — are available to owners on every plan, including Free. Your books are yours.
